Limitations & Liabilities

Palm Meadows Golf Course Management and/or staff will not be held liable for any personal loss, injury or damage incurred by a member and/or their guests whilst on the premisis.

Club Meadows cardholders and their guests enter and play on the premisis at your own risk.

Palm Meadows reserves the right to make or ammend any changes to the terms and conditions at any time deemed necessary.

The decision of Palm Meadows Golf Course Management is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

The cost of joining Club Meadows may change without notice.

Club Meadows cardholders benefits and privileges are not transferable and can only be used by the member and partner registered.  If a member is away or absent from the country, the benefits cannot be stopped, suspended or delayed.  Special circumstances due to illness or other unavoidable matters will be considered on a one to one basis by management.

Club Meadows cardholders are required to present their cards upon arrival and upon checking in guests.

Loss or theft of your card must be reported immediatley to Palm Meadows Golf Course.  A $20.00 fee will be incurred for the replacement of the lost card.

Palm Meadows staff and management practice responsible service of alcohol, Palm Meadows reserves the right to discontinue service to any patron at any time.

Patrons under the age of 18 will not be serves alcohol.

Smoking is not permitted inside the Lakeview Restaurant, the Pro Shop or anywhere in the clubhouse.  Smoking is permitted on the golf course and outside the above mentioned areas.  Smokers are reminded to discard cigarette butts in the receptacles provided.

We ask you for your birthday and month to provide a complimentary game of golf during your birth month and a complimentary dinner on your birthday.  Should you choose not to provide us with this information, you will not be eligable for these benefits.

Palm Meadows Golf Course management reserves the right to remove Club Meadows cardholders and / or their guests from the premisis if deemed to be behaving in an unappropriate manner or driving carts in a dangerous manner.
